Online Bill Pay

Debit or Credit Card Only

Customers can pay their water bill online with a debit or credit card from Mastercard or Visa. Customers new to our Online Payment Portal will need to register first (be sure to have your account number and service address ready). Click on the link below to get started. Returning customers will need to login with your email address and password. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments by selecting a pay date before the due date of the 10th. Please be sure to check the option for Pay Bill Balance, not a fixed amount.

Notla Water Authority Office

You can bring your payment in-person to 578 Deaver Road or drop it off in the white Night Box in front of the water office beside the Notla Water Authority sign.

Or you can mail in your payment to P.O. Box 609, Blairsville, GA 30514.

Automatic Bank Draft

The easiest and most reliable option is to set up Automatic Bank Draft. Click the link below and print out the authorization form. Fill out and attach a valid voided check to the form. Please be sure to sign and date the form and drop it off at the office. Your payment will be drafted automatically from your checking account between the 5th and 8th of every month.

NOTICE:
Past Due Accounts

Effective May 1, 2026, customers who get their meters locked for nonpayment must call the water office during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm), not the after-hours emergency line, to get their water service reconnected. The past due balance must be paid in full, in addition to the current reconnect fee, before service is restored. We offer multiple options to pay for water bills, including an online account that has been set up for each customer. Instructions to access this online account can be found at the top of this page.
