Debit or Credit Card Only
Notla Water Authority uses a secure third party company Arista Information Systems to collect online payments by debit or credit card.
TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT: Click on the PAY BILL ONLINE button below. Use your 5-digit Notla Water account number for the Account Number or User ID as well as the Password for the first time you log in. Once you have logged into your account, you will be prompted to set up a permanent password for this account. Your Notla Water account number will remain as your User ID.

TO SET UP RECURRING PAYMENTS: Log in to your account. Click Payments and choose Schedule A Payment. An option will appear that says Credit Card - click this option. Click on Create a credit card profile and enter your information. Click Submit. You will be directed back to the previous page. Enter your email address for notifications. Under Payment Frequency - choose Recurring. Under Payment Option - choose Max Bill Amount (this will ensure your bill is paid in full and not a fixed amount. Your bill may not always be the same). Under Payment Date - choose a date between the 1st and the 10th to avoid late fees. Click Submit. We know how busy you are...we offer several convenient payment options to help make sure you stay current with your account.
Automatic Bank Draft
The easiest and most reliable option is to set up Automatic Bank Draft. Click the link below and print out the authorization form. Fill out and attach a valid voided check to the form. Please be sure to sign and date the form and drop it off at the office. Your payment will be drafted automatically from your checking account between the 5th and 8th of every month.
United Community Bank and
Bank OZK
Notla Water payments will no longer be taken at United Community Bank and Bank OZK, effective July 11, 2023.
Payments must be RECEIVED by the 10th of every month (not postmarked by the 10th). Any payments received after the 10th will incur a 10% late fee.
